The Antecedents of Organizational Innovation in Indonesian Digital Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

This research’s purpose is to analyze factors affecting organizational innovation of Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME). Furthermore, this research also aimed identify whether environmental dynamism could moderate the relationship between learning resilience, as well innovation. The data collection process was conducted by using questionnaires towards 265 MSME owners that has access digital marketplace applications analyzed with structural equation modelling software. Data analysis will consist overall model fit relationships among variables analysis. results indicate only affected entrepreneurial orientation. it founded does not have moderating effects. Based on those results, concluded MSME’s determined orientation alone.
